Now, when I'm recording this on Thursday night, and it's been a hell of a Thursday night because Joe Biden went out and gave an hour plus press conference after the NATO summit where the expectations for him were basically zero.

The frenzy, which has been going on in the media for the last two weeks, has had one goal to drive him from the race.
