Well, here's another hot take that Donald Trump's going to hate. President Joe Biden has just

commuted another 2,500 prison sentences for primarily nonviolent drug users who were put in jail

under old laws that impacted disproportionately the black and brown community. Their sentences

have now been commuted. If they're in jail,

they will be let out. And that's a good thing for democracy and for Joe Biden, again, emptying the

tank here towards the end of his presidency. He's now given more pardons and more commutation of

sentences, more clemency than any other president

in history.

Let me break it down for you.

A couple of weeks ago, I reported on over 1,400 clemencies and 39 or so pardons that Joe Biden had given out, again, primarily all nonviolent

and primarily drug offenders on the clemency side. He also gave clemency or pardons to 37 out

of the 40 death row inmates commuting their sentences to life imprisonment

without possibility of parole, but taking them off of death row. Three, he kept on death row,

the Boston Marathon bomber, surviving brother, Dylan Roof, who killed nine black parishioners in a South Carolina church,

and the guy up in Buffalo who shot and killed people, a black and brown community up in

Buffalo in a supermarket. Now, with these 2,500, this is again Joe Biden getting right with

himself, getting right with

and absolving himself of some liability and some responsibility, because back in 1986 or so,

he was a supporter of a series of anti-drug laws that were being proposed by the Democrats, they
