0:45.0	Well, that's the question, and a lot of people have been asking because he has floated that idea of 100 million vaccinations in 100 days
0:57.0	before. If you talk to the experts, they make it pretty clear that it is at least realistic. I think Dr. Fauchy has in fact said at one time or another
1:09.7	that it's doable, but it's certainly ambitious. So the question is how do you do that? It's
1:15.8	really in three parts you have to deal with the geography of the United States
1:20.0	which is enormous you have to deal with the supply and you have to deal with the
1:24.4	demand. The supply of course is the big question. If you're going to
1:28.6	vaccinate that many people you have to have enough vaccine. So the way he's going to solve that he
1:34.6	says is the Defense Production Act. He also addressed the question of demand that
1:40.6	educational program that has already sort of been started by the Trump administration
1:46.0	but he's going to push now even more to try to get people vaccinated especially those communities of color, African Americans, and so on, who are
1:55.5	skeptical about it.
