It is just a little before 3 a.m. here in Tel Aviv and in Washington in just a few minutes

President Biden will be making a rare address from the Oval Office.

He's expected to lay out the administration's next steps in the crisis here in the war

in Ukraine and ask Congress to approve tens of billions of dollars to pay for it.

High price tag, high stakes, what he says and what Congress does come at a key moment

This action was a demonstration of the integrated air and missile defense architecture that

we have built in the Middle East and that we are prepared to utilize whenever necessary

to protect our partners and our interests in this important region.
