1:51.3	This suggests before he even got into office, they knew that he was sick and would need to find a way to invoke the removal of a president if they lost Congress.
2:04.2	The idea being, if the Democrats control Congress, they can create a committee that will have the ability to invoke the 20th Amendment to remove the president.
2:11.6	But if they lose, if they did not do that, it would be incumbent upon the vice president solely and a Republican Congress.
