This is Joe Biden in an awkward position squatting next to Emmanuel McCrone and Jill Biden. People look kind of

confused as to what he's doing and then after the ceremony Jill Biden ushers Joe away while McCrone goes to greet the World War II veterans.

The speculation coming from many people is that Joe Biden had an accident at the ceremony for

World War II commemoration and was supposed to stay to meet the veterans but was scuttled away.
