It's Friday the 7th of June, two years and 105 days since the full-scale invasion began,

and today I'm joined by our Brussels correspondent, Joe Barnes, and author and translator translator Jonathan Campion.

I started by summarizing the latest news from Ukraine.

It's been another night of drone attacks across Ukraine.

The Ukrainian military claiming they shot down 48 out of 53 drones launched by Russia overnight

as well as five missiles fired during the attack. The Kyiv region was targeted with drones and

K-101 and K-555 missiles sparking a fire in an industrial facility that's according to the governor.

In Harkiv, drones knocked out windows from at least three residential buildings and damaged

other local infrastructure. Three drones were eliminated over Denisovsk and the

Helmsky governor also reported no damage saying the Air Force shot down 11 targets over his region.

Finally the Ukrainian military said seven drones were shot down over a

Dessa, three more in Herson and two more in Macaulive. Moving out of Ukraine then Joe Biden

has apologized to Volognais Selensky for the way Republican hardliners delayed
