Welcome back to forum. I'm Scott Schaefer here today for me and a Kim. I got to give a hat

tip to the producers for that music. So appropriate leading into this conversation, we're going to be

talking now about the $2 trillion infrastructure plan

announced yesterday by President Joe Biden. Here he is talking a little bit about that proposal.

His vision not seen through the eyes of Wall Street or Washington, but through the eyes of

hardworking people like the people I grew up with. People like Mike and his union family,

union workers, and this carpenter's training center. People like the folks I grew up with in

Scranton and Claymont, Delaware. People will get up every day, work hard, raise their family,

pay their taxes, serve their country, and volunteer for their communities,

and just looking for a little bit of breathing room, just a little bit of light.

If it's enacted, it'll mean massive infusions of federal money for traditional infrastructure

projects, everything from filling potholes to updating airports and bridges, as well as billions

for public transportation, electric vehicles, even affordable housing.
