0:10.2	The defendant is here appearing in person along with her attorneys, Jim Archibald and John Thomas.
0:14.8	The state's represented by Rob Wood, Rachel Smith, and Lindsey Blake.
0:20.7	At this time, I do want to inquire of counsel from the state who will be making the sentencing
0:25.9	recommendation today. I will, Your Honor. All right. Thank you, Mr. Wood.
0:30.0	And for the defense who's going to be making the sentencing recommendation.
0:33.4	I will, Your Honor. All right. Mr. Thomas, thank you.
0:37.2	And with the sentencing hearing today, I'll go through some procedural history of the case first.
0:43.5	As valid at the time of your arrangement in this case, which was on April 19th, 2022,
0:49.0	you were informed that an indictment had been filed against you by the state of Idaho,
0:52.9	charging you with following crimes. You counts of conspiracy to commit first-degree murder
0:58.9	and grant theft by deception to counts of first-degree murder and one count of conspiracy to commit
1:05.2	first-degree murder and one count of grant theft.
1:09.8	At the time of your arrangement, you were advised of the potential penalties involved with those
1:13.8	charges, your constitutional rights, your plea options, and the legal consequences of exercising
1:19.5	each of those options. You pled not guilty to the charges. Later during trial and amended,
1:25.7	indictment was filed by the state. A jury trial in your case took place in Ada County, Idaho,
1:32.6	with jury selection beginning March 27th of this year, 2023. And as I mentioned,
1:38.4	during the trial and amended indictment had been filed. The case was submitted to the jury
1:42.8	for their deliberations on May 11th of this year and on May 12th, the jury returned their verdict
1:48.2	finding you guilty of the following counts of that amended indictment.
