I bless to admit, born under other flags, but welcomed under our generous naturalization laws

to the full freedom and opportunity of America, who have poured the poison of disloyalty

into the very arteries of our national life. The president

goes on to say such creatures of passion disloyalty and anarchy must be crushed

out. They are they many, but they are infinitely malignant, and

the hand of our power should close over them at once. And the President goes on to ask for what we now call the Espionage Act.

I welcome Professor Richard Epstein of the Hoover Institution who is here to help me understand

the events of these last days when this Espionage Act

is mentioned repeatedly when it comes to the former President of the United States,

Donald Trump. I mention at the same time that

tweeting within these last hours from Wilson's address to the Congress in

1915 to Senator Rand Paul of Kentucky's address to the world in of the Espionage Act now calling it egregious.
