where very pleased to be welcoming Nuri Terkel, Commissioner of the United States

Commissioner on International Religious Freedom, just returned from Europe, from Prague.

I mentioned this is the matter of the crisis, the tragedy of the genocide against the weaker people

of Xinjiang, the Western province East Turkestan. Within these last weeks, the US Holocaust Museum

in Washington says that China has boosted Weger repression, boosted it. So, what was a horror before

has deepened. Nuri has just returned from a conference in Prague about the Weger crisis.

The notable detail here is that the news, calling attention to this conference,

included an odd report. This is from Axios news. The Mariet Hotel in Prague declined to host

the conference of activists and leaders from China's Weger diaspora, citing political neutrality

and emails shared with the news reporters. The Chinese government has condemned the world,

Weger Congress, which is attempted to rally global attention to the genocide in Xinjiang, China.

So, Nuri, welcome home. We're eager to hear about the results of the conference. But first,

a puzzle, the Mariet Hotel. This is a prominent American corporation with worldwide business.
