John you've been through some of those games before where the the

expectations were high going into a game and and you fell short as a team how do you

come back from something like this?

It's tough, you know, but the fact the matter is you have four games left and you can't let it

Snowball and finish your season in a negative fashion. You have to get back and approach this week as if you know you won and there's still a lot on the plate.

You know I know the chances are low about playoffs, but anything can happen but that you know your mindset mindset has to be moving forward

Try to you know stack these wins to finish the season the right way and be able to look back on the season with a little

bit of positivity.
