We spend a lot of time talking training camp.

This today, we'll go a little shorter on the training camp talk

because Phil Dawson will join us in studio and we could not be more excited

Phil Dawson announcing his retirement today signing a one-day contract as a member

of the Cleveland Browns one of the more celebrated Cleveland Browns since 1999. A fantastic retirement

ceremony went out the way that he would have wanted to go out and we're

looking forward to having him in studio coming up in just a little bit but a quick

takeaway from each of you on what you heard today from Phil Dawson.

Oh I mean he just hit all the right notes and I think it's one of those things where you go into a retirement press

conference, not really known to expect to expect, but just like Joe Thomas's in very different

fashion, it came in as prepared as he always was for his kicking. I mean this is something he took.

I think this meant a lot to him to retire as a brown maybe more so than some of these

other one day contracts you see around the league and

probably it was a decision he made back in his final days with the Browns that he

was going to come back here and retire Brown and I think really heartfelt emotional

speech that he made and it's just it's been

kind of a good at the week isn't even over that we got tomorrow's orange and
