All right. It's not time to freak out and look at the standings and, oh, no, the Blue Jays and

are right there with the Yankees atop the American League East. Oh, Yankees are tied for first

place for the first time since early April. Forget the standings. But there is an issue that

the Yankees continue to have that really bothers me. And BT and I have talked about this

many different times this many different

times for many different years. The Yankees don't play the game the right way and they think

it's okay and they get away with it a lot of times because of where they end up, meaning 90 plus

wins in the postseason, always legitimately contending to win a world series even though they haven't

gotten there outside of last year we've gone over this a million different times but last night for

example and by the way like losing eight nothing the way that it was going could that have been

worse than the way that it turned out the Yankees coming all the way back and judge it's that

incredible home run and then they blow the game anyway like losing the game to

the blue jays for the third straight day it's not acceptable so it doesn't matter how they lost

which one's more painful it's the fact that they lost but the sloppy play is what drives me

up a wall how like for years we talked about it with clabor torres or i kf guys playing out

a position and then this year we're talking about it with jazz chishol or i kf guys playing out of position and then this

year we're talking about it with jazz chisholm like why isn't jazz chisholm playing second base i don't

know only the yankees can answer that and whatever ridiculous excuse or analytics that they use

it's it's total garbage and then last night again it happens and it happens with a guy who is a good offensive player, a good

offensive young player, but doesn't have a position because of the way the Yankees are

structured. Because John Carlos Stanton can't play anywhere else and you love Big Geo. It's great

to have John Carlo back. Look at the big home run he is. So you have to have him. He can't catch, Canfield doesn't have a position, can't run.
