Oh my I want to tell you about Keith he lives in Washington

Literally he's literally kicking button taking names for decades he runs a family martial art studio teaches karate classes

Grady is he oh my gosh he is appropriating somebody else's culture how is Keith qualified really to teach karate

I don't know it's a different story anyway he started climbing up into his fifties and he started to feel like his body was beginning to wear out

He thought he might even have to give up on his passion well he'd been hearing about relief factor on the radio

And finally he acted on it Keith I was exactly the same except it was it was my company it was advertised on the blaze

And I was like yeah yeah whatever I finally did the same thing that Keith did he had nothing else to lose he might as well give it a try

And you know how the story ends Keith got his life back and he's kicking butt again you happen to walk by a studio one of these days
