every single time. And today was no exception. We got the big ruling on affirmative action.

We'll go into some of it here in the show, but the takeaway is a six-three decision. Saying

that colleges cannot make these decisions based on race anymore, which I don't know, seems to be a

very safe, easy rule. Don't make decisions based on skin color. I thought we all agreed on that,

but apparently not. The three justices in the minority had a differing view. If you have any time,
