And I don't know what the word is for it. Delighted, thrilled, elated, inspired, welcomed.

As a Black queer woman, I'm often having to filter Black culture and movies and music through a lens of heteronormativity,

of straight couples, of men and women do that. And this is how they are together.

And this was an episode that was saying Black culture and Black queer culture are one and the same.

And worthy of an entire episode of this awesome new show. And I right away texted my partner.
