they charged him in furtherance of terrorism.

Also, second-degree murder,

which includes killing as an act of terrorism, criminal possession of a weapon and other crimes.

They put in the terrorism charge in part because New York has a lot of scurry rules, scurry laws.

And I don't want to get into the weeds with all the details. But

generally, we all know first degree murder is premeditated. You had a plan and then you carried
