| 0:12.9 | basin, which is a big park area, Burbank Boulevard, Woodley Avenue. And the firefighters |

| 0:23.8 | And something blew up. Eleven firefighters were hurt. One really badly. His ear was nearly severed. |
| 0:33.6 | And they were able to reattach it at Northridge Hospital. |
| 0:38.3 | But 10 other firefighters suffer from headaches, reamed to the air, ears, shrapnel wounds. |

| 1:33.2 | Well, last year, 66,381 total incidents associated with homeless people between paramedics, |
| 1:41.7 | firemen and other incidents, 66,000. |
| 1:45.0 | 2022, it was 60,000. |
| 1:47.7 | And so far, first quarter of the year, |
| 1:50.2 | it's on pace to be around another 66,000. |
| 1:53.7 | This is just unbelievable. |
