What was draft night like for you?

Give me a blow by blow of the highlights of, I don't know, what you ate, what you had to do,

what you had to put out right

when the Colts pick came in. How did it go down for you? Well, I was juggling life and work,

so my daughter, who just turned 14, had a track meet. And so I said, all right, if I play my

cards right, the draft doesn't start until late. I can probably see most of it and then, you know, hustle over to the Colts

facility.

So I got there literally, I would say, just before this, before the Panthers got on the clock.

So I really pushed it.

So I scarf down down you know two

forkfuls of food and then i just got to work you know working both on a story about

a national story about the quarterbacks that i was contributing to and then you know the

the quarterbacks at large and then the Colts specifically when they picked Anthony Richardson.

So, yeah, it's like, it's like you talk and you talk and you talk for three months, and then

draft night comes and it's like a blur because you just literally don't come up for air until about 1230 when I got done with everything.
