The story of the day, though, probably is Dak Prescott.

Dak suffered a gruesome ankle injury.

We don't know, I haven't heard the extent of it, right?

But it was a compound fracture, meaning in addition to the dislocation of the ankle,

which can be reset and you can come back rather quick from,

there was a compound fracture of the actual

ankle itself. We don't know about ligament and tendon damage or blood flow issues or whatever.

There's a lot. He's not out of the proverbial woods yet.

I should point out that if we use Paul George, whatever shortcomings Paul George has,

that has nothing to do with the leg

injury that he suffered with Team USA going back, what was that, seven, eight years ago, right?

So, I mean, look, Alex Smith's injury is arguably the most devastating.

A quarterback has suffered in the last 20 years. And even with all of the surgeries,
