We'll start with the early Monday night game, the Houston Texans.

They went back and forth with the New Orleans Saints.

And it was not the putts, but the luts that got it done for New Orleans.

He had 58-yard field goal as time expect.

If you saw the game, you know that it was bananas at the end of the game.

So New Orleans ends up getting the 1-0 start.

They had traditionally been a terrible team under Sean Payton.

At the beginning of seasons, the week one had not gone well at all for New Orleans.

They get a two-point win.

More importantly, if you're a gambler and you took the points with the Texans, you are in the winner's circle.

The game had three scoring plays in the final minute.

It was horrific defense on both sides, Houston and New Orleans.

But the Saints end that five consecutive season opening defeat streak that had included a very embarrassing performance last week

when the Saints, or last year rather, when the Saints lost to Tampa Bay and the Amish

rifle Ryan Fitzpatrick.
