So the NFL, another day, another twist, the plot twist.

This is about Ezekiel Elliott and the Keystone cops investigating that.

They ruled last week.

They did it on Friday, the Friday news dump, hoping that people will forget about it. We didn't talk too much about it yesterday, but it's back.

It's the gift that keeps giving here, the Keystone

cops of football investigating what seems to be a big scandal, right? Because apparently,

either they got it really wrong or the officials in Ohio got it really wrong.

It can't be both, right? I don't believe it can be both.

Either the prosecutor in Ohio that chose not to charge Ezekiel Elliott completely botched this or the NFL botched it.

I don't see the middle ground here.

And so for the second time in the last handful of years here, the NFL could, if everything goes right, cross your fingers, could be dragged back into a courtroom.

Now, yes, where's Judge Wapner when you need him?
