Tiger Woods, a better day today than yesterday.

Shot three over par today, but with a plus six yesterday.

Finish the week at plus nine and does not make the cut.

So first thing is the smart money was on Tiger to make the cut. So this is a surprise and it's a

surprise to how many shots he missed it by. So if you think about it, he made the cut at the Masters.

He made the cut at the, I guess it was what, the PGA, or did he play the U.S. Open or PGA?

He withdrew from the PGA and he didn't play in the U.S. Open.

Yeah, that's the one I'm talking.

But he did make the cut in the PGA, even though he was

physically struggling and entering the Open, the narrative was this is a flat course

and thus walking it won't be as big of a challenge. He skipped, as you said, the

U.S. Open for this because it was 150th anniversary.

It was at his favorite course in the world.

And to play this poorly could be random.

It could just be, hey, good golfers play poorly sometimes, or it could be a real bad sign for his

competitiveness moving forward. I don't know how to reconcile it, how Tiger Woods can be,

you know, let's remember, in day one of the Masters, he was like, I think he shot, what, a 70 or 70,

I mean, he was very competitive um the idea that

he seems to be back you know backtrack and doesn't bode with the idea of recovering
