Yeah, on that question of the stigmata visions, I'm sort of unclear on this. Was the stigmata, like,

like literal wounds, or was it a vision that he had, that he had the wounds? Well, it's a,

it's a vision of the seraphic angel when he was contemplating Christ in his own retreat on Mount Alverna. And then after the

vision he receives, I mean, or during the vision, he receives a physical manifestation of having

spiritually absorbed and connected with, you know, Christ so that it manifested physically into the actual wound.
