latter rounds of the draft and via free agency and via trades.

This team, if you're going to pinpoint a mistake that I think they're making

from a personnel standpoint, it's that, you know, Holmes is saying, well, we did the best we

could with what we were able to afford at the deadline. Well, why is he saying that? He's saying

that because they've got X amount of dollars budgeted for all of their own guys that he wants to keep.

Right, but you've budgeted for guys that are, you've got to pay two, three years down the line.

You're going to have the salary cap's going to go up.
