The new country, 963, second, second, second, second, second date update. Will gave us a call, went out

with Lauren, but after date number one, he never heard back from her, so we're going to see if we can help him out. First of all, Will, tell everybody how you met Lauren. Well, I met Lauren in college, which was now a while ago, but at the time she was dating one of my fraternity brothers, and they all hung out for a while after we graduated. Okay. Basically, she got engaged to him, but they broke up, and I ended up losing contact with both of them. And so recently, this is kind of where the date comes in. I ran into her at a party, and, you know, I haven't seen her in years, so I asked her out to lunch. All right. Fantastic. Yeah, and you know, I'm not going to lie. I kind of said, like,

you know, I didn't say as friends, but I kind of hinted as friends. You know, I didn't say I wanted

anything more at the time, but I decided to, in my heart, what I wanted was a date. Oh, okay. So

maybe she was thinking this was just friends having lunch. Yeah, I think so.

Okay. So did you contact her after lunch? Yeah, and I think I may have scared her off because, like, then I told her, like, I actually wanted to go on a date. Like, let's try dating. And when you contacted her for a date? You know, I didn't get a response. Okay, so you had lunch. You're thinking maybe she thought that was a friend's thing, because that's kind of almost the way you presented. Then you reached out to her and said, let's date, and you never got a response to that. Yeah, that's correct. Well, let's give her a call and see maybe if we can push this thing a little bit further down the road. Okay, thank you. Hey, everybody.
