right now on all social media, even in the news. And people are gravitating towards anything authentic. So share your flaws.

Just be real. Speak your mind. You know, there was a Christmas card that went out a few years ago.

It was some big exec in a Fortune 500 company. And when they were taking the picture for this

Christmas card, he had a child, one of his kids that was pouting. They weren't in line. They were looking sideways. Mean mug on their face, crossed hands. And the guy's just like, you know what? Screw it. We're putting this out there. He sent this out to all his people as a Christmas card, and he went viral for being so real and authentic.

Right now, there's so much clickbait nonsense out there.
