Welcome back to the QODS, the day you show I'm your host, Sean Crox and a

Sean Crox and calm. It is that time of year, my friend. It's crazy how fast the

time flies. It is our best of week where we feature the most popular clips of the

lot of us are saying, I want to do this. I want to do that. But there's a big

difference between saying I want something versus I will do it. I will have it.

Do you know this whole thing about declaring your intentions? Does anybody know why

we're so scared of declaring our intentions? Anybody knows why we're scared of

it? Why are we scared of it? Now we have to what? We have to do it. So watch

what happens with my son the other day, my eight year old son. I got my eight

year old son and my 10 year old son doing jujitsu, right? Now, Barra jujitsu, who

here practices jujitsu or hasn't passed before? Yes, if you're a part of jujitsu

and Barra, honey, guys, remember when you do it or when you were doing it, that's

all you wanted to talk about. Yes, or no, it's like an obsession, right? That's

what I want to talk about. So I take these guys to this place and they're doing

jujitsu and they're going at it and they're getting their asses handed to them.

By everybody left and right, tournaments losing, losing, losing, and it sucks, right?

Finally, they're starting to make progress and they're getting stripes. Every time they get a

new stripe, it's 10 bucks. If they change their belt, it's 50 bucks. If they win a tournament,
