What is my

my genius and how can I bring it forth to bear on my family and my culture and my business?

0:11.0

So those genius questions I think are things that we need to

0:16.0

cultivate in ourselves as a matter of discipline. It may sound odd to think of

discipline as taking some time each day to tune into what you're really all about,

0:51.0

And that's all I ask people to start with by the way is 10 minutes. I don't ask

0:55.2

them to start doing a 30 minute meditation or a 40 minute. At first when I'm working with

1:00.1

1:06.6

And so to do everything else, we put it aside and we just create 10 minutes to focus in on breathing and then we might contemplate

1:16.4

one question like what is it that I most love about what I do in my work.
