You know, we keep getting phone calls, and it's interesting because people try to handle a lot of stuff on their own,

or they try to talk to the adjusters, or they wait, and they think maybe it'll cost them money if they talk to me.

And, you know, we tell them it's free to talk to us.

I go through what their rights are, and, you know, we try to help them as best we can.
