Hey, the birch show.

So I had a psychological epiphany yesterday

that is really kind of sad.

And I didn't know if I wanted to share it with you guys

or not today, but I'm going to.

You are?

I am right now.

And I want to spend too much time on it

because it makes me uncomfortable even thinking about.

So first of all, I'm in the process

of trying to find a therapist.

Good.

But the whole damn city and the whole damn country

so screwed up right now, it's really hard

to find a good one.

So when things are going on in my life,

I'm trying to figure them out myself.

Play therapy on myself.

And I have a friend that made me realize,

and I've always known this about myself,

and you mentioned it a couple of minutes ago

also that I am just really bad at celebrating,
