The question really was, if you're a Birch show listener, what are your pain points with the show?

What would make it more listenable for you guys?

And I was really nervous to ask you guys that question online through Cassie, because I wasn't

sure if you guys would know what a pain point is compared to a straight up insult.

Right? A pain point to me is like, what can we do on the show that is frustrating for you guys

and that we can immediately change like, answer my DMs. Okay, I'm frustrated when you guys

don't answer my DMs. That's a pain point.

We can change that, right? So there were a couple that came up, and I want to address a few of them

because you guys were very, very helpful. You got it. You totally got it. The key takeaways were

the way the podcast is delivered, specifically because of the order

and auto pay.

And I want to turn this over to Cassie here because this is kind of out of our hands.

So while it is a pain point, depending on what you're using, it doesn't have to be.

Yeah.

So here's the thing.

We list or we post the podcast part one, two and three of the show

in the order where it will auto play into the next episodes. If you play part one, it should play

part two. Rebecca and I have tested this on both mobile and desktop, on Apple and Spotify and

everything works great. But for some reason, there are so many players out there and for some reason

for some people it doesn't play in order so if you go to the bert show.com we have rebecca has

listed this here but i'll also tell you now you can change how you the episodes play by creating a queue
