He was there last night.

We've talked about it now for two and a half hours.

Ben joins us Mondays and Fridays, but Tuesdays after a Monday night game, and we'll do this again two weeks from now.

It'll be interesting to see where they are two weeks from now after games against the Cowboys and the Chiefs on the road, a rather

critical stretch of the schedule coming up. But let's start where we always do, your

big takeaways from the game last night.

You know, obviously there are specifics to the game

you know another slow start the defense allowing too many big plays big chunk plays once again

obviously the turnovers on offense were we're a killer the last one in particular because you can't

lose a turnover battle three they've been expect to win in this league. But I think the bigger picture for me is like, you know, because you asked me this question every week, what's my big takeaway? And because of that, you're always like, okay, well, what happened in this game, good or bad that you want to focus on the defense in week one, just throttled Russell Wilson in week two, it looked like they lost to a team that's going to win the Super Bowl. And at week three, the Raiders, you know, were kind of a mess. And Marriota came in and did a good job. Week four, the defense was giving up to those too many big plays again to Atlanta's skill players. And last week, hey, there was some good resolve, right?

They come back from that deficit.

And with each time, you're like, okay, where is this going?

What is it building towards?

And after last night, I've decided I'm going to stop that because this team is,

after six weeks, it's fair, you know, no matter what Scully and

Mulder want to tell us, I don't know that the answers are out there, or at least I can't say

over and over again, hey, this just happened, ergo, this is something to watch going forward.

They, you know, it's a one step forward, one step back.

And, you know, that's one of the more maddening kind of teams to cover because if they're good, hey, let's talk to positives. Even if they have a setback, you see that there's a lot of strengths here or there's, you know, some good karma as it may be the case a year ago, plus with Jaden doing what he did last year.

When they're bad, you're like, all right, well, why are they bad?
