He actually directed a 2022 documentary about the faith of Johnny Cash.

Johnny Cash, the redemption of an American icon. And also, he is the director of a new film and

series with Angel Studios called Homestead, which, guys, if you were listening to this on time,

it is coming out in theaters this weekend. So December the 20th, 2024, that is this weekend,

folks. You can go out there and get your tickets for this. But in this particular interview,

we just get right into the Johnny Cash question. Why is he interested in Johnny Cash?

Why did he get, or how did he become part of this project? Why were they exploring the faith

and the redemptive element, you know, specifically as it pertains to the Christian faith of

Johnny Cash. So anytime I get to talk about Johnny Cash, I get to have a good time with that.

So we did that. But also, we move on to Homestead. So perhaps you've seen some advertisements for

this series, but this is a film. It's a two going to be is it's basically an end of the world

scenario. And you have this group of people that have actually prepared for this scenario. And then

there's the haves and the have-nots. And you know, you have all these different types of characters

or super intense characters that don't have compassion, but then also the compassionate characters
