If you'll excuse my croaky voice, I've been sick in bed with the flu for about a week, but I am on the

end, hopefully. So if you can forgive my vocal cords, here is my co-host, Ben McCallory.

You have been very, very sick, and this is a, this is episode 23.

And it wasn't supposed to be episode 23.

There was supposed to be a lot of episodes between this one and, well, this one.

But due to the modern miracle of internet connections,

as well as Brooke feeling under the weather.

We're actually recording this the night before it goes out.

So, and this is the first time this has ever happened.

We're usually well, weeks and weeks in advance,

but unfortunately circumstances have prevented us from doing that.

So this is new to us.

This is almost going out live.

It's almost life.

I've got to say, it's not entirely pleasant being seat of the pants.

Anyway, yeah, I've had a bit of a month in terms of technology stuff.

I've had quite a few interviews that have not happened because of massive issues with the internet at home.
