The mission, especially right now, early in this spring, is trying to set the culture, right?

I mean, just to be honest, this organization over the last, I don't know, 10 years or whatever, like, it's been a losing culture in the way.

We haven't really won a lot, so you have to drastically come in and try to rearrange everything because whatever

we've been doing hasn't been working. And I think that that's the beauty of the obviously

the guys they've brought in the past couple years with polls and trying to reshape the roster.

It's all about trying to go in and win right now. But it takes, you know, a culture of

rather if it's being details, the accountability and all that stuff.

We're trying to hold everybody to the highest level.

And we're trying to do it ourselves as well.

So like you said, with DA and Ben, I think that's the main thing we're trying to get accomplished.

It's really shifting the culture, changing the culture, and not trying to do what we've done in the past and just try to look forward towards the future. One of the grown-ups in the room last year, Kevin Beyer, Bear Safety, talking about where things

who cover the bears, them getting an opportunity to watch practice.
