Well, you know, what's interesting about, you know, the story that I tell in the book that I wrote is this transition of,

you know, this professional me, but we'll talk about it in third person, right?

This professional that goes

from living the MBA dream living the business dream of hard driving success

you know even to the extent of a hostile takeover

and running a turnaround,

needed to rejigger an organization,

including firing people and all stuff,

into success, success, success, success.

And shareholder value is the only thing that matters and running business

that way and the book is this transition of like me going away and really questioning a lot of that both for myself and for others and

reconnecting with things that matters and asking you know basic questions you know the

old saw but are you working to live or you're living to work and all of

that are things that I explore while away and I continue to explore today and I

do think that paradoxically in my own life by changing my way of

being in the world I've actually been able to achieve more and succeed more in a way that's kind of surprising to me and

I think will be surprising to your audience.
