I'm intrigued by, but I also feel like I could really quickly tell you my ends and outs,

and they're very, very few. My ends for 2026 are, I want to continue to get eight hours

asleep a night. I want to drink more water. I want to work out more. I want to read more. I guess that's my big end. My outs are social media scrolling. I'm done with it. And I really mean it. I'm done with it. It's never good for me, Ashley. It brings on jealousy and envy. And I just like, I'm not a better man when I do it. And as a result, I do think my social media will take a hit. However, it's healthier for me.

And I got to make those decisions for me and my family.

I've stayed really involved in politics in 2025, trying to figure out what

doing what and all that. At the end of the day, those people are no, I don't know if they know

more than me, but there's a lot going on behind the scenes that I can never keep up with.

And so it was just exhausting.

Social media, politics outs for me. Another out for me is chips. I'm going to cut back on my chip into it. No, no. To eat these chips that I have discovered, they're called Massa chips.

Oh, just got them. They're so good. I ate a whole bag. They're unreal. I eat the whole bag too in a serving. I mean, like in a sitting. I don't know if that's better or worse. Well, it doesn't have, it doesn't have any seed oils. It's only beef tallow, corn, and sea salt, and the crunch of these things, the textures textures out of this. So good. So good. Okay, so that's mine.
