Good morning. Thanks for listening in. I'm very excited to share with you some things today from the beautiful breath of fresh air, Gospel of John.

revisiting of the text with that kind of cadence has been the richest approach to study

and it'll reset, but we're in John's letters, the Gospel of John, and then First, Second,

Third John, and Revelation. And what I love about John's gospel is it is likely

written after Matthew, Mark, and Luke were already being circulated. It is quite different

than those. We know that Matthew, Mark, and Luke are called synoptic gospels. They take a similar

view of the text. They tell a lot of the same stories. John comes to it from a very different angle. He has this central

purpose to convince you to believe that Jesus is the son of God. If you will believe in who he is from

God, repeatedly, John writes, and Jesus says, you will have eternal life. His focus is on Christ's
