Hello and welcome back to the final part of Five Live Formula One from Spah ahead of this weekend's

Belgian Grand Prix. The first race back after the summer break and who

says SPAR isn't full of surprises? It's baking hot here 33 degrees so the drivers are

reluctantly replacing their flip-flops for their racing boots.

I'm Tom Clarkson and joining me to talk all things Belchik

are our commentator Jacques Nichols and the BBC's chief formula one writer Andrew Benson.

Now we've come on track Jack and we're standing at the foot of A Rouge which has to be one of the world's great corners.

It certainly is as we look at it now. It's just a banked

wall of tarmac essentially with a bit of a right-hand curve in it and just out of our view at the top

is Radion which is a fast left-hander that takes you down out into the forest and if

this corner was flat the drivers would be breaking they'd be changing down gears and

negotiating their way through it but because it is so steep it takes so much speed out of the car

that they can go through it flat out because they lose all the speed simply

thanks to gravity. And that flat out is what 180 miles an hour something like that
