caffeine hit all about crime. I'm Mama Jules and let's get right to the homicide

investigation out of Maryland involving 37-year-old Rachel Moran. Now she's the

mother of five who might be called a fitness junkie by some people but

she did regularly work out and included walking in that fitness strategy. Now on

August 5th Rachel left her Bel Air Maryland home at about 6 p.m.

She was going to the white gravel three mile path of the Ma Pa Heritage Trail.

Now, the wide walking path is flanked by lush trees in the summer months, and by all accounts,

it's a relatively safe place to walk or jog.

Now when Rachel didn't return in a timely manner from her

walk, boyfriend who is 27 year old Richard Tobin went looking for her after

spotting her car in a parking area near the trail,

but not finding Rachel, he called law enforcement

to report her missing.

Law enforcement did tow the car,

and they began looking for Rachel despite people believing in that
