I think you actually beat us for the longest intro. We've been working on who can do it

the longest and you you want us on this one. Our resident author is out developing their

profession, doing some cool retreat shit that I'm a little bit jealous about and we can talk

about when they get back. But first Ashley, I want you to kind of tell us a little bit about

your podcast trials to triumph before we get into the A segment. Yeah. So I have a new podcast

called Trials to Triumphs on own podcast and I am exploring the Trials to Triumphs journey

with amazing guests who I'm inspired by who I know that most people are inspired by

and the goal is to dig into the journey because for me, I found that my inspiration has often

come from hearing about the trials in people's lives, not just celebrating the triumphs.

The trials are where where you learn, this where you grow, this where you become a better person

and in exploring them, I feel like we're all able to live our lives fuller, brighter,

and more authentically in the pursuit of our own dreams.
