We're going to talk about why being selfish could save your life and make sure to listen

We are the rising tide. And I'm going to use something here that I don't normally use it in this

it with that. So you could visualize and experience what I'm going to be talking about. We have to learn how to work on self. We have to make self the ultimate priority. Something that I realized as I've been reflecting on how to get to the next level, how to expand, how to become this version of myself, because it seemed like the lessons were coming again and again, and maybe it was a different cast, maybe it was a different environment, a different place, but it was the same lesson. And I'm looking at this again and thinking, I want something to change, I want this result, I want this experience, I want this life. And so then I start reflecting, which is what we

should always do, we start reflecting on ourselves to see, okay, well, what am I doing to cause this?

Because if I'm the creator of my experience, there must be something that I'm doing to cause this.

And as I'm looking at this, I realize two things. One, which is the episode right before this,

there has to be a hundred percent

commitment. You cannot become what it is that you desire at 99.9. It's impossible. If you have two

radio stations and one is 100.1 and the other is 100.2, they would play different music no matter how

close we think they are. Frequency alignment is frequency alignment.

So that's the first thing. And I was not. I was 60% in here, 80% in here, 90% in there.
