Good morning, everyone. And welcome back to the messy masterpiece podcast with your hosts.

Chad and Tori. We hope that you're having a wonderful faith journey this week. Sorry, that's

the title of this week's or it's titled today's devotional. Sorry about that. Tori and

are still in Hawaii crushing it. So let's jump into today's devotional. Yes, let's do it, you

guys. Like Chad said, the devotional is titled faith journey. And we are reading out of Philippians 16.

And it says, oh, sorry, I think I know the scripture. I like it. It is a good one. Ready? And I am certain

that God who began the good work within you will continue his work until it is finally finished

on the day when Christ Jesus returns. The love letter from God says, I am working in your

heart every day. Your faith with me is a journey, not a destination. All of my children who I have

used to do great things have gone through seasons in the wilderness when they have wondered

where I am. But it is in those moments that faith can cancel out doubt and you can find your calling.

Just because you don't see forward motion in the present moment doesn't mean I am not at work.

At times, I will work in your heart to prepare you for a task before I show you the way to accomplish

it. Continue to seek me with all your heart and fully commit every day to me. Let me take you

closer to the calling that I have for your life. Love your Heavenly Father. The reflection says,

we are all in the process of being perfected in Christ. God is not finished with you yet.

Allow yourself freedom to fail. God will help you bounce back. Let your mistakes become tutors

to make you wiser and to give yourself the grace that God gives you. He will continue to work

in you and through you. Don't give up. The treasure of truth says, faith is not a destination,

it is a journey. It is all about what we value. I feel like because if you value the end result

more than you value the journey, then you are going to be consistently discontent with your journey.
