1:39.9 | and really inside it. And I walked right into a massive spider web. I mean I got totally |

1:53.6 | watching somebody it's like you know so that was me. And of course I was actually writing |
2:01.1 | a Hiku in my mind about spider web. So just such a reminder it really makes a difference |
2:09.7 | to stay awake in our bodies for ourselves, for spiders, for other creatures. And the |
2:16.0 | last week when I spoke I really talked about we are a disembodied culture. You know it's |
2:24.8 | and by disembodied I mean we habitually seek safety and control by living in our thoughts. |
2:33.7 | We're disconnected from the wilderness, the wildness of these living bodies and we inhabit |
2:40.3 | a virtual world for huge swastles of the time. And if you just review any particular day |
2:47.5 | or the last few hours it's pretty easy to see how much we're gone. And there's huge suffering |
