Yeah, my name's Brian DeVilla. I am a real estate investor and entrepreneur. We got into real estate about 2016. Start off as a realtor, then got into flipping houses, learn from Ryan Paneda. I was like his first student. He taught me out of flip houses,

wholesaling, buying rentals, done about 400-something real estate transactions, and then started

working with Ryan Paneda on coaching and then helped scale wealthy investor to an eight-figure

education company. Yeah, I were just doing real estate and Christian,

got four kids. And that's it. Sick, man. Question number one, I've had this a few times where

somebody that's like, hey, man, I really want to get into real estate investing. I'm going to go

get my lesson. I'm going to become an agent. I'm going to start investing in real estate.

Yeah. Like, 90% of agents don't own real estate.

Why the hell is that?

Most agents don't own real estate because your broker normally, they want to keep you in a box.

So what happened with real estate, yeah, it's like they literally want to keep you right there.

What's up brokers? Yeah, because once like they literally want to keep you right there. What up, brokers?

Yeah, because once you get outside of that box, you realize you don't need a broker.

You don't need a license to buy real estate.

You don't need a license to assign real estate.
