Summary

Well, it’s been almost six weeks since our first behind-the-scenes episode, and I’m finally seeing some results! I've been sipping my green tea and snacking on raw almonds. And I've spent five days a week on my treadmill.

So last time that I popped in behind the scenes I had not lost one bound but that is

changed. So let me tell you what I've been up to. I've been on the treadmill five days

a week for the last six weeks and I will often spend I don't know sometimes even an hour

because I use my laptop desk. So I'm working and when I'm on there even if I'm on

there an hour I still only get between 20 and 30 minutes of cardio but my goal is 30

minutes and I most often meet it. But here's the good thing. It helps me get in my

10,000 steps a day. So I also modified my eating.

So I decided to eliminate anything white you know like bread, rice, sugar, potatoes, pasta.

It's really interesting though what David Nurse told me about rice and potatoes.

you know that I love my chocolate. So I still eat my 32 gira deli chocolate
