How did you get into real estate?

Yeah, so really, I would say that the moment that I got into real estate, it actually wasn't

in a typical real estate environment. I had helped to start a company in 2005 called Disability

Made Easy, which is a barrier-free home modification company. Started it with some very close friends

of mine whose father, unfortunately, had ALS or Lou Gehrig's disease. So we saw a niche and a need

to have like a one-stop shop for barrier-free home modification for people with terminal illness or disability or injury.

And I did all the sales and marketing, but there was some time that I spent with our project

manager actually going out to sites.

And I'll never forget one time we drove to a specific property, we got there, went through

the house, this individual was wheelchair bound.
