Hey, Joe. First of all, thank you so much for creating the podcast. It's been a saving grace for me,

getting through this completely backhanded school year. Love all the Patreon bonus episodes too,

so happy that I joined. I am in such a pickle this school year, not one, but two of my teachers

on my four-person third-grade team are the most uptight, inflexible people that I've ever worked

with, and that's saying a lot because I have been teaching for 14 years. They're specifically anal

around a unit plans and staying on track with their scope and sequence. If I'm even one day behind

on the math lessons, they will never let me hear the end of it. One of them even told me that they

would request that I be transferred to another grade if I couldn't keep up with them. Oh my god,
